The UC Team are a collective of passionate telephony engineers, UC Specialists and data scientists who share the same goal: connection. Teams that communicate effectively work well together.
With 90+ years of experience working with telephony, unified communications and large-scale infrastructure projects, we know what it means to get the job done.
You don’t need to be up-to-date on the latest in VoIP technologies or the differences between Wi-Fi 6 and 7 (though we retain the right to be nerds about it all). Your priority is to achieve your objectives, unique selling points and commitments; sometimes communication gets sidelined.
Not to worry. We’ve worked on some truly massive projects, but that doesn’t mean we’re only shooting big game, here. Whether you’re a SME, startup or a multinational, drop us a line and let’s get your communications unified.
We’re a Partners Inc Ltd. Company. ‘Partners’ isn’t just in the name, it’s our fundamental working culture. We look to develop and iterate on our service over time, so expect clear and transparent communication with regular meetings (we’ll bring the caffeine) and a collaborative atmosphere like working with decades-old colleagues. We’re a team; your success is our success.
We’re may be new kids on the block, but we know that in this game trust is everything. We’ve all had our hands burned by over-promisers and under-deliverers. Our team is built from a pedigree of public sector veterans who take pride in seeing a job through above all else.
We’re here to offer services of an exceptional standard to pre-agreed time-frames and budgets. We’ll get the job done, be discreet and professional, then pack up like we were never there.
We’re serious about reducing our environmental impact and doing better by our people. We only work with authorised WEEE recycling firms, and reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible.
We’re committed to working towards being a net-zero carbon company, as such we have become a member of the Bristol Climate and Nature Partnership, a network of over 1300 organisations in and around Bristol committed to doing better.
We’re proud to say that our staff come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds. We maximise our strengths and minimise our flaws together.
